General

With ChildCare EasyPay, Child Care Centres can accept payments by credit card, debit card & bank account. This convenient and rewarding service processes payments on behalf of the Parents and forwards the funds to the applicable Child Care Centre.
Yes. Once you submit a Registration Form, you need to make the necessary arrangements to terminate any other payment authorities you may have set up prior to registering with ChildCare EasyPay
ChildCare EasyPay is suitable for all Child Care Centres, however payments can only be made to centres set up to use ChildCare EasyPay. Click here if you would like to refer your centre to be set up with ChildCare EasyPay
In addition to Credit/Debit Card payments, Bank account payments can also be made to centres set up with ChildCare EasyPay. All payment methods available will be displayed on your online registration form when you set up your fee payments.
‘AutoPay’ is the easiest way to pay – you will never have to think about paying your fees again. ChildCare EasyPay will automatically debit your fee from your nominated credit card, debit card or bank account when it is due.
If you selected ‘AutoPay’, ChildCare EasyPay will automatically pay your fees when they’re due. If your centre is setup with ‘Centre BatchPay’, the centre will deduct the payments on a regular basis. You will also have the option to receive a confirmation SMS or email.
Yes. If you aren’t the only one paying your child care fees it is possible to split them. Each person will need to register with ChildCare EasyPay and nominate the amount they wish to pay and which child this payment belongs to. When the payment is sent to the nominate child care centre, they will be able to see that multiple payments have been made for the one child.
Centres with ChildCare EasyPay will receive cleared funds on the fourth business day after the transaction has been processed. All payments made after 4.30pm AEST will be processed the following business day. To update your next payment date, click here.
With ‘AutoPay’ payments, you can assume your fee has been paid unless you receive notification from ChildCare EasyPay. You can also login to the website and check your payment history. For ‘Centre BatchPay’ if you are opted in for payment notification, you will receive an SMS or email confirmation when a payment is processed. You can also login to the website and check your payment history.
You can make any initial or one-off payments such as these with your credit/ debit card direct to your Child Care Centre using WebPayTM. A centre can log on to the website and accept these one off payments or a parent can log on and make these one off payments. You should then complete a parent registration form to set up your subsequent ongoing fee payments.
With ChildCare EasyPay your membership number and details are sent to you via email.

Change of Details

ChildCare EasyPay is suitable for all Child Care Centres, however payments can only be made to centres set up to use ChildCare EasyPay. If your new centre is setup to accept ChildCare EasyPay you can change centres by updating your details, if not click here if you would like to refer your centre to be set up with ChildCare EasyPay.
Simply login to www.childcareeasypay.com.au and update your details. If you have a problem updating these details, feel free to contact us.

Cancellations, Late and Rejected Payments

If a payment is rejected for any reason, you will receive a message advising you to contact ChildCare EasyPay to organise your payment. Before you do, check with your payment provider (bank, credit union etc) to ensure that everything is in order.
You may be charged a Failed Payment Fee if a payment fails during processing. This fee will be charged approximately 5 days after the failure. There are no Failed Payment fees for one-off online card transactions.
